Long story short, she made all our visions for our complete kitchen remodel come to life! Literally everything I sketched out and imagined for what I wanted for our kitchen, she made it happen. She was patient with us in our decision making and 8 drafts of our renderings haha, which made it easier for us to be patient when there were some delays due to Covid. Here are a couple things I think are important to note about Pure Cabinets: 1) Heidi at Pure Cabinets stands by her products and their work. We actually had a small hiccup with our cabinet order. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes. Heidi took ownership for the mistake and literally came out the same day to make sure it was resolved. It was great. 2) Pure Cabinets had so many 5 star Yelp reviews that we worried they could be fake reviews. Nope, we are real customers giving a 5 star review because it went THAT WELL. Overall, we had a great experience and we are impressed with our cabinets. Everyone that has come to see our cabinets is impressed with them.
